Oh hi. Are you like me? An overachieving monster who needs to fill up every second of her life? If you said no, well, man, do I envy you. But if you are, girl (or boy), do I know how being busy can sometimes ruin other aspects of your life. I try my best to balance out an octogon in my life. That octogan consists of university, work, student groups, social life, family, religion, sleep, and health. It’s not easy but no one said it was going to be easy. Along with balancing those parts of my life, I also have to do each part to my best of my abilities and I understand that. However, I think what’s really helping me out is my journal and organizer. It’s weird b/c I was never really the kind of person who would write things down. I would just constantly make lists in my head and depend on that.
